Returns Overview

K-KOREASTYLE is a B2B wholesale platform. Returns for change of mind are generally not accepted; all orders are final once the quote is confirmed.

Defective or Damaged Goods

If received goods have manufacturing defects or transit damage, report it with photos to your manager within 7 days of delivery.

After review we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue credit.

Incorrect Shipments

If the delivered products differ from your order, K-KOREASTYLE will ship the correction at our expense.

Process

Return or exchange requests are submitted via the inquiry message thread or through the 'Contact' page on our website. Your manager will guide you through the status.
