These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using K-KOREASTYLE (the "Service"), a B2B wholesale platform operated by Shinhwa Cosmetic Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and buyers (members).
By using the platform, buyers are deemed to agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.
· "Service" means the B2B wholesale platform K-KOREASTYLE operated by the Company and all related services provided through it.
· "Member" or "Buyer" means a business entity that has agreed to these Terms and completed the registration process to use the Service.
· "Quote" means a document or on-screen information presenting supply price, quantity, and terms for a specific product, provided at a member's request or the Company's proposal.
· "Group Order" means an ordering method by which multiple members jointly express intent to participate in a specific brand or product in order to reach a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or target order value (MOV).
· "Administrator" means a person who performs operations, member management, and order/quote processing on behalf of the Company.
The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) platform; membership is granted only to verified businesses.
· Accounts are activated after administrator approval following registration.
· Buyers are responsible for the accuracy and security of their account information and may not transfer or lend it to others.
· The Company may restrict use or suspend accounts found to contain false registration information.
The service agreement is formed when a prospective member ("Applicant") completes the Company's registration form, agrees to these Terms, and the Company accepts the application.
· The Company may refuse or withhold acceptance of an application in any of the following cases.
- Required information, such as business registration details, is false or cannot be verified

Prices and product information shown on the platform may change until a quote is confirmed; all transactions follow the terms of the final quote (or order confirmation).
· Minimum order quantities (MOQ) and supply prices may vary by product and buyer tier.
· Payment terms and methods follow those stated in the quote.
(1) Group Order Policy
Group orders may be joined until the deadline set by the Company; no new participation is possible after the deadline. Quote requests or unconfirmed orders are not included in the group-order tally.
(2) Advance Payment Policy
Members must pay any advance payment requested by the Company within the designated period. If the advance payment is not made in time, the Company may withhold the purchase order or cancel the relevant order.
International delivery schedules may vary due to customs and logistics conditions.
Compliance with the destination country's customs, certification, duties and related laws is the buyer's responsibility, and the Company is not liable for resulting costs or delays.
As a wholesale platform that facilitates business-to-business (B2B) transactions between business members, the withdrawal-of-subscription provisions of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, which are designed for consumer transactions, may not apply as-is to transactions on the Service.

· The delivered product differs from the order or is defective
· The wrong product was shipped due to the Company's fault
The procedures and deadlines for withdrawal, exchange, and refund follow the Returns Policy and the terms stated in the relevant quote or order confirmation.
Order cancellation, returns and refunds may be limited depending on product characteristics and transaction terms; details follow the Returns Policy.
For defective or incorrectly shipped products, the Company will take necessary action such as exchange or refund per the relevant policy.
Some products may become unavailable due to a brand's stock shortage, production discontinuation, export restrictions, or other supplier circumstances. In such cases the Company will notify the member and may take reasonable measures for the unavailable products, such as adjusting the order amount or issuing a refund.
· A member may terminate (withdraw from) the service agreement at any time via the 'Account Settings' menu or by emailing the Company at info@k-koreastyle.com; the Company will process the request without delay, except as otherwise required by law.
· If a member withdraws while an order, quote, or settlement is in progress, related information may be retained until that transaction is completed.
